Kale & Quinoa Salad - Baby kale, toasted quinoa, poached pear, cider vinaigrette
Classic Caesar - Heart of romaine, terrine of tomato & herbs, crispy pecorino tuile, toasted brioche

Crispy Skin Salmon - Seared salmon loin, roasted beets, baby arugula, crab and saffron beurre blanc
Surf & Turf - Grilled tenderloin of beef, shrimp and mussel terrine, buttered potatoes, rosemary roasted root vegetables

Chocolate Explosion Cake - Chocolate glazed devil’s food cake filled with sabayon, raspberry sauce and chocolate ganache
